Mimas tourist terminal was a shuttle terminal on Mimas consisting of many gates for boarding shuttles to take personnel to their ships in orbit above the moon.
It had many food bars one of which was Nice'n'noodly Kwik-food bar.
Shore patrol would patrol through this place keeping the peace.

Dave Lister lived inside locker 4179 whilst on Mimas, just before he was assigned to Red Dwarf. He moved in after his first night on Mimas, which he spent sleeping on a park bench, only to wake up in the middle of the night, stark naked, to find he was having his foot licked by an old Chinese man.
