Pigkind was a species inadvertently created by the Skutters when they were using an E-accelerator. They were evolved from pigs.
One pig, simply known as the Pig was angry at Dave Lister after he tried to eat her when she was a bacon sandwich. She placed herself in stasis on board Red Dwarf, waiting for the day that Pigkind would reach her level of intelligence. ("Evolution")
